Mason Alexander is the managing partner of the Charlotte office. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law.
Mason has represented clients in lawsuits involving all aspects of employment law, from ERISA and discrimination
claims to FMLA and wage and hour claims. Mason is also involved in counseling clients on matters such as
employee terminations, plant closures, and exit incentive programs. He additionally works with clients to
develop proactive employee relations plans. After law school, Mason clerked for the Honorable Robert F. Chapman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Since entering private practice, he has focused exclusively on employment and labor law and is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
