Lou’s practice concentrates onemployment and labor law. He
regularly represents both employees and management, both in the private and public sectors, on matters involving executive contracts and compensation, non-compete agreements, benefits, sexual harassment, whistle-blowing, race, gender, religion and disability discrimination.
