Kevin Parsons is an experienced labor and employment litigator 
representing employers for over 15 years in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. His practice involves defending employers in virtually every type of dispute involving the employment relationship. Mr. Parsons also counsels employers in litigation avoidance strategies and provides them with other services including contract drafting and review, employment manual drafting and review, and human resource policy and practice audits.
