Mr. Wester has spent his full legal career at 
Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, where he concentrates in the trials and appeals of complex civil litigation. He has broad experience assisting clients in the resolution of corporate, partnership, and shareholder rights disputes, federal securities matters, unfair trade practice issues, tax controversies, patent infringement claims, and employment discrimination suits. Many of his cases have been brought as class actions.
Mr. Wester represents clients at each level of the federal and state trial and appellate courts, with extensive experience in the North Carolina Business Court. He has argued before the United States Supreme Court.
