A visiting professor of law at the Wake Forest University School 
of Law and an intellectual property specialist with more than 25 years experience, Dick Lupo focuses his practice on intellectual property transactional matters. Heavily involved in a variety of intellectual property transactional issues for emerging-market companies as well as established businesses, he provides sophisticated IP transactional counsel to diverse clients in wide-ranging industries. He also has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright disputes across a spectrum of technologies, including the packaging, sports and telecommunications industries. Mr. Lupo has successfully contested intellectual property matters in multiple U.S. jurisdictions and before the International Trade Commission. He is the Intellectual Property team leader and is a member of the firm’s EHR Task Force.
