Mr. Torstrick’s practice areas include all aspects of 
commercial real estate development, as well as real estate-based lending. He has particular expertise in the planning, development, leasing, financing and disposition of shopping centers, and in the planning and development of mixed-use, retail and residential condominium projects. He has made presentations to the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association on declarations of easements and restrictions for power centers, the formation of condominiums, and landlord/tenant issues in the recent economic downturn.
